You own the code, the accounts and the data — always

Slow store, stalled migration, or an agency that went quiet? We take it over.

We inherit half-finished builds, broken replatforms and stores that got slower every year. First we stabilise it, then we make it fast, then we finish what was promised — with your rankings protected the whole way.

  • A plain-English verdict: rebuild, repair, or finish as-is
  • Code and architecture review with the real risks named
  • SEO damage report and a recovery plan with a redirect map
  • Speed diagnosis with the specific fixes ranked by impact

01The problem

How it usually goes wrong

01

The agency went quiet

Slower replies, vaguer updates, then nothing. Meanwhile your store is half-migrated and nobody can explain the current state.

02

The migration ate your traffic

New platform, new URLs, no redirect map. Rankings you spent years building disappeared in a fortnight.

03

Death by plugins

Twenty apps deep, each one adding scripts. The store now loads in eight seconds and nobody dares remove anything.

04

Nobody has the keys

Repository, hosting, DNS, analytics — all sitting in someone else's account, and that someone isn't answering.

05

Every change is a negotiation

A price rule, a shipping tweak, a banner — all of it needs a developer and a two-week wait.

02How it works

How a takeover runs

01

Assessment

We audit the code, the data, the hosting and the access situation, and tell you plainly what's salvageable and what isn't.

02

Stabilise

Errors stopped, backups in place, monitoring on, and the bleeding stops before anything new gets built.

03

Recover access

Repository, hosting, DNS, payment, analytics and Search Console moved into accounts you own.

04

Protect rankings

Redirect map, canonical and schema repair, indexation checks and Search Console monitoring through the change.

05

Make it fast

The specific speed work that matters for your store — scripts, queries, images, caching — measured before and after.

06

Finish the job

The build gets completed against a scope you sign off, in short sprints you can see on staging.

Tick what applies to you

Tick everything that's true for you right now.

No lock-in, ever. Everything we touch lives in accounts you own — if you leave, you leave with all of it and a handover document. That's the whole point of hiring us after the last experience.
05Objections

Questions people ask first

Can you recover rankings we already lost?

Often, substantially — with a correct redirect map, canonical repair and reindexation. We'll tell you honestly what's realistic after looking at Search Console.

Will you work with code someone else wrote?

Yes. That's most of this work. We'll say if it's cheaper to rebuild than to inherit, and we'll show the reasoning.

We don't have access to our accounts — can you help?

Yes. Access recovery is part of the assessment; we've done it through registrars, hosts and platform support before.

Does the store have to go offline?

No. Rescue work runs against staging with a controlled cutover.

How fast can you start?

Assessment usually starts within a week; genuine emergencies — a down store or a failing checkout — we pick up the same day.

What if we want to go back to the old platform?

Sometimes that's the right answer, and we'll say so. The assessment isn't a pitch for a rebuild.
