Fixed scope · Fixed price · Fixed date

A selling store in 30 days — built, stocked, connected and handed over.

Not a course. Not a template you finish yourself. A senior team builds the store, loads the catalogue, connects your vendors, payments and shipping, wires the AI and analytics, launches it, and hands you the keys on day 30.

  • Brand-appropriate storefront design and build on your chosen platform
  • Catalogue setup, structure and product content for your launch range
  • Vendor, supplier and 3PL connections
  • Payments, tax, shipping rules and returns policy configuration

01The problem

The three ways launches die

01

The endless build

Six months in, still "nearly ready". No revenue, no learning, no momentum — just invoices.

02

The DIY course trap

You paid for videos. You still have to build it, source it, connect it and market it, in evenings, alone.

03

The launch with no plumbing

It goes live looking fine, but tracking isn't firing, shipping rules are wrong and the first ten orders create ten problems.

02How it works

What day 30 actually looks like

01

A store that sells

Designed for your category, fast on mobile, with a checkout built to convert rather than to look clever.

02

A real catalogue

Products loaded, structured, described and imaged — not five demo items and a placeholder.

03

Vendors connected

Your suppliers wired into ordering and fulfilment, with the one-roof routing layer where you need it.

04

Money and shipping working

Payment methods for your markets, tax and shipping rules tested with real edge cases.

05

AI already on

A support and sales agent trained on your catalogue, plus search and recommendations from day one.

06

Measurement in place

GA4, consent, conversion tracking and Search Console verified — so week five is decided by data.

04Timeline

The 30 days, week by week

01

Week 1

Direction and build — positioning, structure and the storefront itself take shape. You review daily on staging.

02

Week 2

Catalogue and vendors — products loaded and structured, suppliers connected, fulfilment logic agreed.

03

Week 3

Money, logistics and AI — payments, tax, shipping, returns, the AI agent, search and recommendations.

04

Week 4

Launch — QA on real devices, tracking verified, go live, then handover and documentation.

05Self-check

What we need from you (only three things)

Tick everything that's true for you right now.

We take a limited number of launch slots each month because the timeline only holds with senior people on it. When a month is full, we say so rather than stretch it.
06Fit check

Not the right fit if

You want a marketplace, an ERP replacement or a bespoke platform — that's a longer, scoped project
You can't make product and brand decisions inside 48 hours — the timeline depends on it
You're looking for a course or coaching rather than a team that builds it for you
07Objections

Questions people ask first

Is 30 days realistic?

Yes — because the scope is fixed and the decisions are scheduled. Where a client can't decide, the clock is what slips, and we'll say so early.

What does it cost?

It's a fixed price agreed before we start, based on catalogue size and how many vendor and system connections you need. You'll have the number in writing before committing to anything.

Which platform will you use?

Usually Shopify or BigCommerce for speed, WooCommerce or Shopware where your requirements point there. We'll recommend, you decide.

What happens after day 30?

You own everything and can run it alone. Most clients move onto a monthly partnership for growth, new markets and optimisation — optional, never bundled.

Can you migrate an existing store instead?

Yes, with a redirect map to protect rankings. See our replatform rescue page if the current build is the problem.

Do you do the marketing too?

We set up tracking, SEO foundations and can run Google Ads from the same team. Paid media is priced separately.
